Single Account Policy

Welcome Bonus

bbwin offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Alternatively, a ৳42,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000. The bonus applies to the first deposit only.

Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus portion only, not the deposit and bonus combined). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.

Bonus Abuse

• Using multiple accounts to earn bonuses will be considered fraud.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• bbwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Each bonus offer may have specific terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

VIP Benefits Terms

• VIP tier advancement is determined based on a user's activity and betting history.
• Cashback is paid at a set time each week and wagering requirements may also apply to it.
• bbwin reserves the right to modify the VIP Program terms at any time.
• VIP benefits may be cancelled in the event of any rule violation.

The Following Activities Are Strictly Prohibited

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any other unauthorized technology.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting any vulnerability or technical error.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to influence outcomes through fraudulent arrangements with other users.

Consequences of Violations

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, bbwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, cancel all bonuses and winnings, and take legal action if necessary. bbwin is not obligated to notify the user before taking such action.
